ASPIRE55 will be offering these fitness programmes to enable our members to continue their workout regime and stay healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Please read carefully and understand how your membership can be utilised for each of these workout options:

  1. HUR 1-1 Private Session
  2. HUR Group Workout Session
  3. Non-Machine Group Workout Sessions
  4. Live Online Workout Sessions

HUR 1-1 Private Session

  • 1-1 private session with a trainer
  • Strictly 45 mins per session, no overlapping to the next class. 
  • Please arrive 15 mins before to complete safety measures at the entrance.
  • Member should bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine during the workout session. Member who did not bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Member will wipe down the machines at the end of each session. However, if members of different household "share" the private session, the following safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
    • Safe distancing with one (1) machine empty in between each member
    • Wipe down each machine before and after use.
  • Cost: Four (4) sessions/ credits will be utilised from your membership (members) per pax, additional pax + 2 credits

HUR Group Workout Session
  • Max 4 pax per session
  • If there is less than 4 pax signed up for the session, we will contact you to change to an alternative slot.  
  • Strictly 60 mins per session, no overlapping to the next class. 
  • Please arrive at least 15 mins before to complete the safety measures at the entrance
  • Members should bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine during the workout session. Members who did not bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
    • Safe distancing with one (1) machine empty in between each member
    • Wipe down each machine before and after use.
  • Cost: Two (2) sessions/ credits will be utilised from your membership (members)

 NON-MACHINE GROUP WORKOUT SESSION

  • Min 4 pax start, max 5 pax per session. If less than 4 pax, we will contact you on cancellation due the insufficient number to start the class.
  • Each session is for 45 minutes. There will be a 15 minutes room clearance before the next session starts, as part of the safety measures.
  • Members can sign up for back-to-back sessions. The workouts are scheduled in a flow enabling back-to-back, which is more holistic. For example, Toning session followed by Tension Relief (relaxing stretch) session.
  • Members should bring a large towel to cover the exercise mat during the workout session. Members who did not bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Members will wipe down the equipment used during the workout sessions.
  • Cost: One (1) session/ credit will be utilised from your membership (members) 

Overview of each non-machine workout:

Tension Relief (gentle)
Treat yourself to a quiet time with a series of relaxing stretches that aim to release tension from your busy day
Equipment: Exercise mat

Stretch Band (intermediate)
A full body conditioning class that employs resistance bands to tone the arms, legs, glutes and core. 
Equipment: Stretch bands

Stretch and Tone (intermediate)
A mixture of toning and stretching components for a total body workout.
Equipment: Exercise mat and free weights

Toning (intense)
Improve your strength and coordination with light weights and high repetition. Let's activate our muscles and feel the burn!
Equipment: Free weights

Walk and Stretch (intermediate)
Walking is an easy and low-impact cardio workout. Add on with some lateral moves, squats and lifts for a total body workout. Target: To achieve 3km/ session.
Equipment: Indoor walking shoes

Senior Interval Training (intense)
Get your heart pumping with a mix of cardio and toning exercises. Senior friendly HIIT workout.
Equipment: Exercise mat, free weights, Indoor shoes (optional)

LIVE ONLINE WORKOUT SESSION

  • Min. 10 pax commitment required to start
  • Up to four (4) workout sessions a week, conducted via Zoom.  
  • Zoom URL will be provided to members who have opted to join these sessions, and recordings will be provided.
  • Members need to sign up on a monthly basis. Members need to notify Clubhouse Manager of their interest by the 15th of the prior month. For example, if members wish to join October online session, they need to inform Cayden/ KK latest by 15 September, so that we can confirm trainers schedule for October online sessions.
  • Cost: Eight (8) sessions/ credits will be utilised from your membership on a monthly basis (members) 
  • For confirmation of the schedule, Clubhouse Manager will WhatsApp the upcoming schedule directly to your mobile phone on a weekly basis, and provide the Zoom URL link on day of the session.
