ASPIRE55 FITNESS PROGRAMMES SCHEDULE

ASPIRE55 will be offering these fitness programmes to enable our members to continue their workout regime and stay healthy.

Please read carefully and understand how your membership can be utilised for each of these workout options:

  2. HUR Group Workout Session
  3. Non-Machine Group Workout Sessions
  4. Live Online Workout Sessions
  5. Personal Training Session

HUR 1-1 PRIVATE SESSION

  • 1-1 private session with a trainer (maximum up to 2 pax per private session)
  • Strictly 45 mins per session, no overlapping to the next class. 
  • Please arrive 15 mins before to complete safety measures at the entrance.
  • Member should bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine during the workout session. Member who did not bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Member will wipe down the machines at the end of each session. However, if members of different household "share" the private session, the following safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
    • Safe distancing of 2-metres (2m), with one (1) machine empty in between each member
    • Wipe down each machine before and after use.
    • Final wipe down for all machines, collectively by the members at the end of each session
  • Cost: Four (4) credits will be deducted from your membership (members) per pax, additional pax + 2 credits

HUR GROUP WORKOUT SESSION
  • Max 4 pax per session
  • If there is less than 3 pax signed up for the session, we will contact you to change to an alternative slot.  
  • Strictly 60 mins per session, no overlapping to the next class. 
  • Please arrive at least 15 mins before to complete the safety measures at the entrance
  • Members must bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine during the workout session. Members who forgot to bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
    • Safe distancing of 2-metres (2m), with one (1) machine empty in between each member
    • Wipe down each machine before and after use.
    • Final wipe down for all machines, collectively by the members at the end of each session.
  • Cost: Two (2) credits per session, will be deducted from your membership (members)

 NON-MACHINE GROUP WORKOUT SESSION

  • Min 3 pax start, max 4 pax per session. If less than 3 pax, we will contact you on cancellation due the insufficient number to start the class.
  • Each session is for 45 minutes. There will be a 15 minutes room clearance before the next session starts, as part of the safety measures.
  • Members can sign up for back-to-back sessions for different type of workout.
  • Members should bring a large towel to cover the exercise mat during the workout session. Members who forgot to bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Members are required to wipe down the equipment used during the workout sessions.
  • Cost: Between one (1) - two (2) credit per session will be deducted from your membership (members).

    LIVE ONLINE WORKOUT SESSION

    • Min. 6 pax commitment required to start, and up to three (3) workout sessions per week conducted via Zoom.  
    • Members need to sign up on a monthly basis. Members need to notify Clubhouse Manager of their interest by the 15th of the prior month. For example, if members wish to join October online session, they need to inform Clubhouse Manager latest by 15 September, so that we can confirm trainers schedule for October online sessions.
    • Zoom Meeting links will be provided to members who have opted to subscribe to monthly online sessions at the beginning of each month, and these members will be included in a private group chat for daily reminders and access to the sessions recordings.
    • Members who opt to join on ala-carte session basis, need to inform the Clubhouse manager and the relevant Zoom Meeting link will be provided upon request. No session recording will be provided.
    • Cost: Eight (8) credits will be deducted from your membership on a monthly basis (members) with video recording for you to redo or missed a session. If you wish to select certain session(s), cost will be one (1) credit per session for the live session (no recordings provided).

    PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

    • Personal training is a customised training programme prepared by the trainer.
    • The workout  session can be a combination of free weights, machines or body weight training covering strengthening, mobility, flexibility or balance training, dependent on member’s fitness goals
    • 1-1 session with a trainer (maximum up to 2 pax per session)
    • Strictly 45 mins per session, no overlapping to the next class. 
    • Please arrive 15 mins before to complete safety measures at the entrance.
    • Member should bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine or exercise mat during the workout session. Member who did not bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
    • Member will wipe down the equipment used at the end of each session. 
    • Cost: Five (5) credits will be deducted from your membership, if performed at the clubhouse. Seven (7) credits will be deducted from your membership, if performed at your own home or outside of the clubhouse. Additional pax +3 credits.
