ASPIRE55 is offering these fitness programmes to enable our members to continue their workout regime and stay healthy.

Please read carefully and understand how your membership can be utilised for each of these workout options:

HUR 1-1 PRIVATE SESSION

HUR Private Session focused on resistance training using HUR strength training machines during the 45 minutes workout session. A customised training programme will be developed for each member(s) based on his/her physical abilities and fitness goals. A trainer will be assigned to oversee your workout on the HUR strength training machines and design warm up and cool down exercises suitable for you. We aim to help you achieve your fitness goals and/or to improve your daily activities such as climbing stairs, gardening, walking or even simply to have fun activities with our grandchildren. 

For 12-15 months membership package, we will include fitness assessment every 6 months as a checkpoint on your fitness progress towards to your fitness goals. 

Class Structure: 1-to-1 private session with a trainer (or maximum up to 2 pax per private session - always good to workout with your partner or a friend)

Class Duration: 45 minutes, no overlapping to the next class

Cost: Four (4) credits will be deducted from your membership (members) per pax, additional pax + 2 credits

Safety Measures

  • Please arrive 15 mins before for blood pressure measurement. We strictly do not allow anyone to proceed with the workout if Systolic reading is >160.
  • Member should bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine during the workout session. Member who forgot to bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Member will wipe down the machines at the end of each session. However, if members of different household "share" the private session, the following additional safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
    • Safe distancing of 2-metres (2m), with one (1) machine empty in between each member
    • Wipe down each machine before and after use.
    • Final wipe down for all machines, collectively by the members at the end of each session

HUR GROUP WORKOUT SESSION

HUR Group Session (max. 4 pax with 1 trainer) is focused on resistance training using HUR strength training machines during the 60 minutes workout session. A customised training programme will be developed for each member based on his/her physical abilities and fitness goals. Within this small group workout session, 1 trainer is assigned to oversee the workout session to ensure proper form and posture of each member, and encourage you to lead an active lifestyle. ASPIRE55 aims to work with you on your fitness journey, to enable you to be stronger as you age and improve your mobility, balance and daily activities such as walking gait (better), climbing stairs, carrying items, squat and reach overhead.

For 12-15 months membership package, we will include fitness assessment every 6 months as a checkpoint on your fitness progress towards to your fitness goals. 

Class Structure: Max 4 pax per session, with 1 trainer. If less than 3 pax signed up for the session, we may cancel the session and will contact you to change to an alternative session.

Class Duration: 60 minutes, no overlapping to the next class

Cost: Two (2) credits will be deducted from your membership (members) per pax

Safety Measures

  • Please arrive 15 mins before for blood pressure measurement. We strictly do not allow anyone to proceed with the workout if Systolic reading >160.
  • Members must bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine during the workout session. Members who forgot to bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
  • Safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
    • Safe distancing of 2-metres (2m), with one (1) machine empty in between each member
    • Wipe down each machine before and after use.
    • Final wipe down for all machines, collectively by the members at the end of each session.

 NON-MACHINE GROUP WORKOUT SESSION

Non-machine group sessions focused on 3 main areas - strengthening, functionality/ mobility and cardiovascular health to enable members to be stronger as we age and age independently. These non-machine group sessions will utilise body weight and free weights where Vitamin Strength (Muscle Fitness) will focus on strengthening the push, pull, squat and deadlift movement/ abilities which are important in our daily activities such as carrying grocery bags, lifting items off the ground, pushing/ pulling doors or lifting our luggages during travels, etc.

Other than Vitamin Strength, we have Vitamin Mobility (Functional Fitness) and Vitamin Cardio (Stamina Fitness) to help us perform our daily activities better with minimal injuries or pain, improve our posture, balance and cardiovascular health to help us Move Pain-Free, Move Easily and Move Confidently. As we rely on our body to perform these exercises, these sessions will help us to be more aware of our body movements, our range of motion, our muscular strength, balance and joint stability.

    LIVE ONLINE WORKOUT SESSION

    Online Workout sessions are created to support members who prefer to workout within the comfort of their home, and also to minimise commuting to public areas. The programme designed is similar to non-machines workout sessions where we focus on providing weekly doses of the 3 Vitamins to our members - Vitamin Strength (Muscle Fitness), Vitamin Mobility (Functional Fitness) and Vitamin Cardio (Stamina Fitness). Unlike many online sessions, our trainers not only provide the guidance on how to perform each exercise, they will also supervise the members on their posture and form, as much as possible, dependent on members' camera setup.

    (Feel free reach out to us if you require any guidance on how to use Zoom and position your camera for optimum supervision by the trainer.)

    Frequency of Sessions: Min. 3 sessions a week.

    Class Duration: 45 - 60 minutes, no overlapping to the next class. Members can sign up for back-to-back sessions for different type of workout.

    Cost: Eight (8) credits will be deducted from your membership on a monthly basis (members) with video recording for you to redo or missed a session. If you wish to select certain session(s)/ ala-carte, cost will be one (1) credit per session for the live session (no recordings provided). 

    Registration & Zoom Access Details: 

    • For members who wish to sign up for monthly access, please notify Clubhouse Manager of their interest by the 15th of the prior month. For example, if members wish to join October online session, they need to inform Clubhouse Manager latest by 15 September, so that we can confirm trainers schedule for October online sessions.
    • Members who opt to join on ala-carte session(s) only, please inform the Clubhouse manager for the relevant Zoom Meeting link to access the session. No session recording will be provided.
    • Members who have opted to subscribe to monthly online sessions at the beginning of each month, will be included in a private group chat for daily reminders and access to the sessions recordings.

    PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

    A fully-customised training programme prepared by your trainer, to work with you towards achieving your fitness goals in terms of strengthening, mobility, flexibility or balance or a combination of areas. This 45 minutes session will be delivered using either HUR strength training machines, free weights, fitness equipment or body weight. This can be conducted at ASPIRE55 Clubhouse, outdoor or at your home too.  

    Class Structure: 1-to-1 private session with a trainer (or maximum up to 2 pax per private session - always good to workout with your partner or a friend)

    Class Duration: 45 minutes, no overlapping to the next class

    Cost: Five (5) credits will be deducted from your membership, if performed at the clubhouse. Seven (7) credits will be deducted from your membership, if performed at your own home or outside of the clubhouse. Additional pax +3 credits.

    Safety Measures

    • Please arrive 15 mins before for blood pressure measurement. We strictly do not allow anyone to proceed with the workout if Systolic reading is >160.
    • Member should bring a large towel to cover the HUR machine or exercise mat during the workout session. Member who forgot to bring a towel, can purchase one at the clubhouse.
    • Member will wipe down the machines at the end of each session. However, if members of different household "share" the private session, the following additional safety measures to be adhered at all times during the workout. 
      • Safe distancing of 2-metres (2m), with one (1) machine empty in between each member
