10 Weeks to Better Health with the ASPIRE55 Introduction Programme for Over 50 Year Olds
The ASPIRE55 Introduction Programme is designed to help you improve on your muscle strength and balance after 10 weeks. Over 300 older adults have completed this Programme to-date. You will experience our small group strength training programme a week, led by an ASPIRE55 trainer. Each week, learn new exercises that will assist you with falls prevention, improvement of balance and muscles strength. You will also be provided with a complimentary Fitness & Balance assessment at the start and end of the programme, valued at S$200.

We encourage twice weekly strength training in our small group classes that are held at our clubhouses. Our members have 100% attendance for 96 times year.
We encourage eating in moderation and eating fresh produce. We have an edible garden at One Commonwealth.
