ASPIRE55 Fitness Programme Terms and Conditions
Member(s) who notify ASPIRE55 team less than 48 hours before their scheduled session or absent, the booked session will be considered as an utilised session.
Member(s) who need to change their workout session, should inform ASPIRE55 team or update their booking online as least 48 hours before their scheduled session. Member(s) are allowed to have up to 3x a week for their replacement sessions.
Members who are advised by their doctors to refrain from workout for a period of time, are required to inform ASPIRE55 team as soon as possible to arrange for suspension (on-hold) of the membership. Min. suspension period is 1 month, or in multiple of months.
5. MINIMUM CLASS SIZE
For situations where a group workout session size has less than min.pax for the group classes, ASPIRE55 team has the discretion to prompt the remaining members (of the affected workout session) to be rescheduled to another session.
ASPIRE55 reserves the right to terminate group fitness membership package for any member who is assessed to require personal attention (one-to-one supervision) for the workout routine, i.e. he/ she is no longer suitable to continue in a group workout session setting. The member has the option to convert the outstanding group package to a personal training or to receive pro-rated refund based on non-members rate.
Gold Membership and Fitness Pass is offered based on a special rate for members with long term package with ASPIRE55. In the event of refund request before the committed duration, the following charges will be incorporated into the refund computation:

ASPIRE55 reserves the right to refuse members who do not or are unable to comply with the safety measures implemented in the Clubhouses. Members' safety is our utmost priority and we strive to provide a safe environment for all to exercise.
