SENIORS VIRTUAL BOXING

EVERY FORTNIGHT WITH JORDAN

Though boxing is an incredibly technical sport, we will be simplifying certain aspects to fit seniors, just enough for them to work their cardiovascular systems to keep their hearts fit and strong.

Our priority is to get their cardiovascular systems working better in the long run, also providing repetitive movements in the arms, legs and core to allow their muscles to work which results in strengthening their body, increasing their functionality as seniors. We will also be including static stretches at the beginning and end of the session.

The long term mental benefits of cardiovascular exercise is very often overlooked, lowering levels of stress hormones like cortisol and epinephrine after bouts of physical activity, decreasing their chances of dementia, heart diseases and diabetes, of course their diets still play apart in this equation.


This session has been specially tailored to for seniors with beginner-friendly moves, learn agility, build strength and have fun. And the best part? You can join in anytime! Do share this with your friends and family so that they can join in the fun too!
