Sweat is our best accessory after a refreshing workout and more often than not, sweating helps to cool and regulate our body temperature. Join us for a live workout session on Zoom to start your week right!
During the session, our trainer, Sam, will be demonstrating and guiding you through a series of exercises that focuses on mobility. These exercises will be demonstrated to you first to see and understand how the movement should be performed. As you perform, Sam and his team will keep a keen eye out on your form and feedback will be provided to facilitate your workout session. So, make sure you find a good spot to set up your camera!
Do wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
You will need the following equipment for the live workout:
- Towel (anywhere between 50cm-1m long) or resistance band;
- 1.5 bottle (can use weights as substitute);
The live workout session will commence at 1030am and is expected to end around 1130am.
To join our Zoom meetings, simply click onto the URL link that will be sent to you on WhatsApp by your respective clubhouse managers in the broadcast message a day before or on the event day. Do drop us a message if you have any questions regarding our Zoom Catch Up session!
