Are You Up For Another Round Of Supervised Video Workout Session?
At ASPIRE55, our supervised video workout are planned strategically to incorporate a myriad of exercises targeted at working out different parts of our body and caters to varying levels of difficulty every week! Before joining us for the session, do make sure that you are well rested the night before and always check back with your body to ensure that you are feeling well. Additionally, if you feel that the difficulty level of the exercises are not manageable for you, you can always regress and take a longer break in between the exercises if necessary.
During the supervised workout session on Zoom, a video will be played to demonstrate the exercises and Henry will be providing verbal instructions to guide you along as you do the exercises. Constructive feedback will also be provided by Henry has his team to correct your movements.
For the workout session, the programme will focus on working out the upper body and some cardio exercises. Do note that the workout session will commence at 10am and is expected to end around 11am. Come prepared in a comfortable attire, and remember to position yourself in a safe area that is spacious and hazard-free!
