For the first time, ASPIRE55 will be organizing Taiji (太极, Tai Chi) classes in collaboration with Win Wu Studio for our members!!

Win Wu Studio is the first integrated cultural sports and activity center in Singapore - and they provide various programme such as Wushu, Taiji, Boxing, Chinese Dance and Yoga for all ages!

By building a good foundation based on traditional Taiji principles, and providing detailed, step-by-step analysis and guidance through a small class size, they aim to help practitioners of all levels maximize the benefits of practicing Taiji - improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance.

This Taiji curriculum will be taught by Wang Liang, Founder and Chief Instructor of Win Wu Studio.

He is a national coach accredited by the Singapore Sports Council as well as Singapore National Wushu Federation. He is also registered under the Ministry of Education (MOE) and National Registry of Coaches (NROC). Apart from his 15 years of coaching experiences across various institutions ranging from kindergardens to universities, he has also won Gold medals during several National Wushu Championships.

On top of all the plethora of achievements, he works as a stunt artist and assistant action director for Mediacorp TV and several movie productions, both locally and internationally! He has also choreographed Wushu performances for major events such as the annual Chingay parade, as well as during special occasions including National Day and Chinese New Year parades!

RSVP soon to avoid disappointment!!
