"Is Exercise the Forgotten Medicine for Chronic Diseases?" by Assoicate Professor Fabian Lim.

Professor Lim is the Assistant Dean for Research and Associate Professor of Exercise Physiology in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University and had spent 20 years in Exercise Physiology Research to enhance health, safety and performance of military personnel at DSO National Labs.

Professor Lim has also conducted research and published internationally on Exercise Immunology, Nutrition, and Bioenergetics and Obesity. 

In this lunch-hour talk, he will be sharing his thoughts about benefits of exercise for older adults.

He will also be looking for participants for his recent study "The Modification of Age-associated Cardio-metabolic Degeneration with Habitual Exercise", where more details will be revealed during the event.
