ASPIRE55 Introduction Programme
Strength and Balance Training for Older Adults
The ASPIRE55 Introduction Programme will enable significant muscle and balance improvements after 10 weeks. Over 120 older adults have graduated to date. You will experience our small group strength training programme twice a week, led by an ASPIRE55 facilitator. Each week, learn new exercises that will assist you with falls prevention, improvement of balance and strengthen muscles.
This Introduction Programme will start from 4 July to 10 September 2016 (10 weeks) and members will attend workout sessions twice a week for 10 weeks. An Orientation Sessionwill be held on 25 June 2016, 12.30 - 2.00 pm at ASPIRE55 Wellbeing Innovation Lab, One Commonwealth.
Be part of this programme - workout with your friends and/ or spouse and experience the benefits of strength training and be 'stronger as you age'. Have coffee or tea after each workout sessions and chit chat with new friends/ workout mates.
