Introduction to Eurythmy - Moving with Nature

Eurythmy is a new art form created by Rudolf Steiner. Eurythmy is an art, like modern dance or sculpture. In a slightly modified form, it can also be applied therapeutically, similar to the way the painting can be applied as a form of therapy, known as Art Therapy.

Eurythmy's aim is to bring the artists' expressive movement and both the performers' and audience's feeling experience into harmony with a piece's content; eurythmy is thus sometimes called "visible music" or "visible speech", expressions that originate with its founder, Rudolf Steiner, who described eurythmy as an "art of the soul".

We are fortunate to have Katherine Lehman to conduct the workshop for ASPIRE55 members.

Katherine is a Waldorf Educator with extensive teaching experience for over 30 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Waldorf Education specialising in literacy development from Rudolf Steiner College and a Master’s in Arts in the Curriculum from California State University, Sacramento.

Katherine is dedicated to the effective implementation of Waldorf Education and has mentored teachers and schools in the USA, India, Singapore, and Nepal for the last eleven years.

Don't miss out this opportunity to understand and learn about Eurythmy from the expert herself!

Note: Minimum class size of 10 participants to start.
