A combination of the Kapap principles such as balance displacement, push-pull, 2 points of contact, upper and lowr body control with Gracie/Brazillian Jiu-jitsu that allows smaller individual to controal a stronger and bigger opponent by harnessing the force of leverage. A 45 minutes talk regarding personal protect will be held, followed by an hour of practical programme. Minimum 15 required to commence.
