A focused 60 minutes circuit strength training with HUR fitness equipment, designed for older adults and available for all ages (above 13 years old). Experience a targeted and customisable smart card workout regime designed based on your profile and track your workout progress over time.

For first timers, please come 30 minutes earlier or book an appointment with Sandy, our Fitness and Event Facilitator (call 6473 6993 or email sandy@aspire55.com) for pre-workout assessment testing and equipment orientation, prior to the workout session.
