An efficient and focused 55 minutes strength training with HUR fitness equipment, designed for older adults and available for all ages (above 13 years old). Experience a targeted and customisable smart card workout regime designed based on your profile and records your workout history.

For first timers, please come 30 minutes earlier or book an appointment with Sandy, our Fitness and Event Facilitator (call 6473 6993 or email sandy@aspire55.com) for the balance testing and consultation and equipment orientation, prior to the ASPIRE55 GYM session.
